We have an obligation to source, process, and sell palm oil in a sustainable manner. Moreover, we respect the environment, human rights, and labor conditions, always tending to the economic benefits and value that palm oil will bring to the people and companies who operate in this industry.

To accelerate the journey to no deforestation through the conservation of High Carbon Stock (HCS) forests and the protection of peat areas regardless of depth.
To build traceable and transparent supply chains.
To respect the rights of employees in the palm oil industry, indigenous peoples and local communities.
To increase the focus on driving beneficial economic change and to ensure a positive social impact on people and communities.

We believe that a multi-stakeholder approach is the right way forward to transform the palm oil sector. We will work with various stakeholders including our suppliers, customers, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), governments and independent verification bodies to implement our policy. United Oil Processing and Packaging will continue to be an active supporter of the Round Table on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and will work to strengthen the RSPO standard and its enforcement.
